MVP Accelerator is not a separate company and it is not just a landing page. It is the Pirate & Fox way of starting software projects, packaged into three clear engagements for founders who need a plan, a product, or a trained team.

We built the methodology around work we already do: technical discovery, database modeling, wireframes, user stories, architecture, delivery roadmaps, and the Nestled stack. The offer gives that work a shape a founder can understand before a build begins.

The build

The work was packaging. We took internal practices from Pirate & Fox and Nestled and turned them into named services with fixed scope, pricing, contracts, email templates, and a public brand. The site sells the offer, but the product is the operating system behind it: how we scope, document, build, teach, and support early software.
