The following terms apply to the Pirate & Fox text-messaging program.
Program description
When you opt in, Pirate & Fox sends informational text messages such as appointment and scheduling reminders, contract and signature notifications, and account or project status updates. This is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
How you opt in
You opt in by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website and checking the box indicating that you consent to receive text messages from Pirate & Fox. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the reminders or notifications relevant to you.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Pirate & Fox is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opting out
You can cancel the text-messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may opt back in at any time by signing up again.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside our control.
